Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, don't be afraid to ask. They offer curbside pickup for these fun times. I suggest checking in store frequently, the website can lag behind for in stock items, especially if what you are looking for is less common. Plus, who can really not venture into a toy store?

good toys with great deals
I bought a trampoline for my son's third birthday. There was a fabrication problem so I had to take it back after he unwrapped it. Anyway sad moment. The Saturday staff was awesome, kind and I didn't have to wait long even though it was quite busy. Means a lot in moments like this.
Thank you Adrian for sorting out my on line order issue so timeously. I know this must be your busiest time of the year and you sorted this out in just one phone call from me and in less than 30 minutes!!
Terrible service from employees whom obviously don't love their job. Couldn't even bother themselves to fix the sale prices I didn't notice they messed up on until after the transaction was complete. The extra money spent would have been worth it if the customer service wasn't hugely lacking. Wont be going back.
